In Lo minjar del Delta, an ePub of set design, the culinary richness of the Ebro delta and its valuable local products are revealed through a compilation of traditional recipes that have been passed down through generations. In contrast to the recipes that represent years of history, the illustrations have been designed with the aim of giving a contemporary perspective. Furthermore, the animations give prominence to the main ingredients of the recipes.
